City Road car park will be closed to motorists from 5:00pm on Sunday 22nd September and will reopen at 5:00pm on Monday 30th September.
The fair is expected to be open to the public Thursday 26th September to Sunday 29th September.
Opening times are at the discretion of the funfair operators.
