Hereward CRP colleagues met with representatives from Greater Anglia and a crew from 20Twenty Productions in March this week to begin filming for the new “How to” videos which the CRP are producing.
The young people were filmed arriving at the station, buying tickets, using the various differet methods (including in person, on websites and apps and using the ticket machine), speaking to station staff and then using the Passenger Assist service and travelling on the train to Manea.

Later in the month, filming will take place at Greater Anglia’s Customer Contact Centre in Norwich, where further footage of the ticket machine assistance service will be captured.
All footage will be collated into two short videos: “How to buy a train ticket” and “How to use the Passenger Assist service”.
The CRP are delighted to be collaborating with 20Twenty Productions on this project and are grateful for the support from Greater Anglia.
