Manea Railway Station is situated between March and Ely Stations and is the third Fenland Station on the Hereward Line.
Station facilities include a bespoke waiting shelter on Platform 1, a much loved community shed with seating area on Platform 2, a ticket machine on Platform 1 and step free access between the platforms via the level crossing on B1093 Station Road.
Community notices boards are located on both platform and provide a plethora of local information and interesting details about the history of the station.
A new secure car park, with motorbike and cycle parking facilities plus bus turning area, was completed 2023. This is located over the level crossing, on the Platform 2 side of the station and parking for up to 7 days is free of charge.

Read moreStation adopters are people that act as the eyes and ears for the train operating company, usually at unstaffed stations. Adopters agree a simple programme of works every year. This includes making sure the station is clean and tidy, checking that information is up to date and managing areas that have become overgrown.
Greater Anglia is a member of our Hereward Community Rail Partnership and is keen to encourage and support adopters at their stations.
