On Thursday 13th October, the Friends of March Railway Station were joint winners of Best Promotional Project at Fenland District Council’s Volunteers Celebration event for 2022.

Then, on Friday 14th October, at the Greater Anglia Annual Adopter Awards, held in Ipswich, the FOMRS
won the Highly Commended Award for Best Staffed Station.
