Two Santa train services ran between Ely and Peterborough on Saturday 7th December
Greater Anglia kindly supported the event by offering heavily discounted rail tickets for customers to join the services from Ely or any other Hereward Line station and take the return journey to Peterborough.
During the journey, passengers were entertained by a group of young people from 20Twenty Productions in March who sang a selection of festive songs, and Santa walked along the train carriages and gave each child a gift.
There were activity and colouring sheets along with party bags and treats for everybody - even mince pies for the grown up's!
All other passengers travelling on the services were also offered mince pies.
