Manea Pit

Park Road, Manea

Manea Pit is located off Park Road, on the edge of the village. It was once a gravel pit.
The pit is popular with many people including dog walkers, fishermen, children, ramblers and more – it is a place for everyone to enjoy.
It has a wide range of species, mammals, insects, plants, trees and shrubs. The lake has species of fish including tench, rudd, bream, carp and roach.
Manea Pit is managed by the village’s Parish Council.
